Gingersnaps (Christy)

Spicy,chewy and yummy.











4 cup flour
1 T. ginger
4 t. soda
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. salt
1 1/2 cup shortening
2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup sugar to roll cookie dough in
Make into small balls and roll in the 1/2 cup sugar. Flatten lightly on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 until set and slightly browned.
