Peach Salsa (Carolyn)

6 cups peaches diced
1-1/4 cups Red Onion
4 Jalapeno peppers
1 Red Pepper
½ cup chopped Cilantro
½ cup white Vinegar
2 TBSP Honey
3 whole clove garlic
2 tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne

Simmer and pack into jars for processing for 15 minutes in Hot Water Bath.
